Tournaments Tour
An overview of creation, slots, supported sports, and tournament management.
Tournaments Tour
Tournaments let you organize official competitions with schedules, staff, sponsors, prizes, and participants. The system currently supports Racing, Basketball, Soccer, and American Football.
To create tournaments, you need active slots linked to a League or Federation.
Organization and slot selection
Organization and slot selection
Choose the League or Federation and select an available tournament slot before starting the wizard.
Configuration wizard
Set general details, sponsors, rules, scoring and calendar. For American Football, Soccer and Basket, choose the agreement response time too; the default is 24 hours.
Prepare Divisions before Companion
In American Football tournaments, staff can immediately show a credible structure and update it while the tournament takes shape.
Regenerate every assignment, then refine it by drag and drop or with the selector. The detailed list loads only when opened.
Drag here participants who are waiting for a division. There is no capacity limit. The NFL catalog is always available. Owners and staff with an active plan can combine FIDAF, BAFA, NCAA and other official catalogs; after expiry existing overrides remain visible but cannot be changed.
- From two participants, the public Divisions tab appears with Tournament in preparation.
- Organize conferences and divisions by geography, PR, age, balanced random or manually.
- Zero PR stays neutral and only the top eight positive PR values receive a seed.
- The first Companion import activates Standings and creates a reconciliation report in the manager.
The four tournament types
The wizard changes based on the selected sport and shows only the fields useful for that competitive format.
Racing catalogs
For Racing tournaments based on a supported game catalog, you can select tracks, categories, cars, and race technical details directly from the local catalog.
Multiclass Racing
For Racing tournaments not linked to a game catalog, you can manually fill in track, car, class, and setup details for each event.
Basketball tournament
Basketball tournaments are designed to manage fixtures, matchdays, results, standings, and team or participant progression in competitive basketball contexts.
Soccer tournament
Soccer tournaments let you organize leagues or football competitions with match schedules, scores, standings, and full phase management.
American Football tournament
For American Football, only the Madden-connected tournament mode is currently available. The structure is built to integrate data and flows from the Madden ecosystem.
Staff and results management
Staff and results management
Staff can manage the tournament with locks, move participants between matches, and record results, sanctions, or warnings.
Match calendar
Match calendar
Each match includes a date, technical notes, and streaming links. Everything also flows into the participants’ Calendar.
What if both players are unavailable?
The card returns to both players at the top of Invitations and Requests. Either can propose an STW (Sim to Win: simulated win) for themselves or the opponent, or Simulate without awarding a win. The other player must accept; you can decline and make a new proposal.
The default is 24 hours, but staff can change it per tournament in the Manager. The card shows the deadline; afterwards you can report a missing reply. This applies to American Football, Soccer and Basket, not Racing.
No. After both players agree, staff automatically receives a report in the home player's name identifying both players. In American Football the result comes from Companion; Soccer and Basket use the tournament's usual result process.
Other useful features
Sponsors and visibility
Link brands and Pages to give visibility to the tournament and activate special coverage.
Prizes and tournament wallet
Manage assigned Ranko Points, define prize positions, and check the remaining balance.
Signups and requests
Avatars can request to join. Staff approves or rejects requests and manages available slots.

Power Ranking Tour
Do all registered users count, or only actual players?
Actual participation and valid results count, rather than names merely registered. More opponents genuinely taking part can increase the competition’s value. Withdrawing does not erase play already completed; unplayed matches and races produce no results.
Does closing a tournament early remove PR and prizes?
No: valid achievements already earned can produce PR even if a tournament closes early through interruption or time expiry. Available prizes go to positions actually earned at closure, subject to tournament rules and resources. Unplayed matches do not create achievements.
How are federal prizes shared?
When the league that qualified a user through PR is identified, the federal Ranko Points prize is shared between the user and that qualifying league. It is linked to the result used for qualification, rather than a freely chosen league. Early closure preserves awards for positions earned under tournament rules. Half goes to the user and half to the league; an odd extra point goes to the user. Without a valid qualifying league, the entire prize goes to the user.
What happens if I join late or change teams?
Valid activity after joining and during your actual participation counts. In Football, when you took ownership of the team also matters: the new coach does not inherit the previous coach’s matches. Racing heats before joining are not credited to the new driver.
