Tournaments
Tournament creation, slots, race management, and types
46

You need a league or federation with an available tournament slot. Authorized staff can configure the tournament.

Use the Search Tournaments page to filter available tournaments and open the correct one. From the tournament page you can then check requirements or send a participation request.

Open the Tournament page and send a participation request. The Tournament may require your avatar to already be eligible through the organizing League or Federation. The request is then reviewed by the Tournament staff.

When a future league tournament becomes public, every eligible league member who is not already participating receives an invitation. A user joining the league later receives invitations to its future public tournaments. In Soccer, Basket and Racing, when a place reopens the other eligible league members are invited again; American Football keeps tournament members without an assigned team available for later assignment.

The structure remains editable until the final match is completed, while recorded results are preserved. Playoffs can be synced only after every group-stage match. Prize payout unlocks when all matches are complete and requires a security code; once sent, prizes cannot be changed or sent again.

Each slot allows you to create a new tournament. Slots are purchased in the shop and are consumed upon creation.

The wizard guides you step by step: basic details, sponsors, regulations, scoring, race calendar, and qualifiers.

You can choose a supported game catalog, with selectable tracks, categories, and cars, or Multiclass with free text fields.

Yes, race dates are saved to the shared calendar for participants.

In the Tournament Manager you find the operational tabs for the tournament: settings, participants, calendar or races, results, regulations, Ranko TV, Gazette and sport-specific tools. Tabs change by tournament type: Madden has Madden Update, Racing has heats and results, Soccer/Basket have teams, rosters and statistics.

With at least two participants, staff can organize AFC, NFC and divisions using geography, absolute or league PR, age, balanced random or manual changes. Zero PR is neutral. The public page shows the tournament in preparation and its latest update. After the first import, Standings appears and Companion becomes authoritative; the manager reports conflicts. Regenerate every assignment, then refine it by drag and drop or with the selector. The detailed list loads only when opened. Drag here participants who are waiting for a division. There is no capacity limit. The NFL catalog is always available. Owners and staff with an active plan can combine FIDAF, BAFA, NCAA and other official catalogs; after expiry existing overrides remain visible but cannot be changed.

Open the manager Division tab and select one or more logo catalogs. Owners and staff can combine them and assign overrides with any active plan. If the plan expires, only NFL changes remain available: existing overrides stay visible and can be removed or changed after reactivation.

Yes. Add, edit or remove every game and publish one week at a time; calendar events, posts and agreement cards use the existing automations.

The starting year is editable. Choose users assigned to teams: each user can appear in only one game per week and is removed from the other selectors.

Yes. Players and staff can submit the required evidence; staff confirms the result, updates standings and playoffs, and can complete the Super Bowl.

The import preserves completed seasons and reconciles the active one. EA becomes authoritative for matching games, results, rosters and statistics without losing agreements or video URLs.

YouTube and Twitch URLs feed On Demand collections using game and team data. Tools independent of rosters and statistics remain available; Gazette creates only content supported by recorded results.

Upload up to 25 images at a time for the selected season. Rankino recognizes phases, weeks and matchups and automatically saves them in a cumulative draft for review; it never publishes games. Season 1: upload up to 25 images at a time. Staff have 75 of 75 images left. Files are deleted after analysis. Use sharp, well-lit and complete images. Avoid blurred, shaky, tilted, cropped or reflective photos that make text unreadable. The 75-image quota applies only to AI analysis for that season. When it ends, existing drafts and extracted games remain available and every other week can be completed manually without buying another Supporter Pack. Saving a week manually again updates matching games and removes provisional rows no longer present, so it creates no duplicates. The same team or user cannot be used twice in one week. Games with results or Companion data are protected.

Racing tournaments can use a supported game catalogue with ready-to-use tracks, categories, and cars, or use Multiclass and enter details freely. Staff selects and manages the catalogue in the tournament manager.

Go to the Tournament Manager, open your Madden tournament and use the Madden Update tab. There you will find the dedicated URL to copy into Companion. The correct flow is to send one thing at a time: first League Info, then the specific week with Weekly Stats and schedule/games, then Rosters. After each send, wait for the Madden Update tab to show the update as received/processed before sending the next block.

From the tournament manager you can upload a franchise/save file from the current Madden PC version. The parser reads season, teams, player roster, and calendar matchups even without Companion. If the file seems to belong to another tournament, the import is blocked for safety.

Always check tournament identity, last received update, last processed update, available sections, and data quality. If you only see roster data but no weekly stats or full calendar, the update is still partial.

The top of the Madden Update tab immediately shows the overall status and the URL to copy into Companion. Everything else is grouped into collapsible sections, and a badge flags anything that needs staff attention. Each update explains the correct action: export again from Companion when data did not arrive or Companion reported an error; retry in Ranko when data arrived but processing failed; contact support when automatic recovery is unavailable. Future or unplayed weeks are not treated as errors.

The daily reminder alerts staff if no Companion export has arrived for more than 24 hours. It helps staff remember to update the tournament without checking manually every day. It does not change data: it only sends an alert when the connection seems stale.

In a Madden tournament the Draft does not arrive directly from Companion. The system builds it from the saved rosters. If you cannot see the Draft, it usually means the rosters have not arrived yet, have not been fully processed yet, or that save does not contain usable Draft data yet.

Ranko manages trades, signings, releases and retirements. When verification is required, involved coaches receive a card to confirm, dispute or request a correction. Staff can complete or correct the movement, publish it or void it. Only official transactions appear in Transactions and update rosters and Free Agents.

If rosters are not updating, the tournament may have received only part of the data or Rosters may have been sent before League Info/Weekly Stats. Send one block at a time and use Rosters after the stats for the target week; after same-day transactions or trades, send Rosters again. Until rosters actually arrive and are processed, tabs such as Draft, Players, Depth Chart, and Teams can stay incomplete.

It is normal to see a partial update when the system has received only some sections. To reduce this, do not send everything together: send League Info, then Weekly Stats for a single week, then Rosters, waiting for processing between sends. All Weeks is only for recovering steps without a calendar; the normal flow is week by week.

If a game shows a result but no statistics, open Madden Update and check the relevant week. Send only the missing information again, wait for completion, and then reload the page.

A game may appear twice when different updates were received for the same week. Wait for the latest update to finish; if the duplicate remains, staff can use the recovery options on the page or contact support.

This happens when the identity read from Companion and the identity read from the save file do not seem to belong to the same league or tournament. In that case the import is blocked for safety, so the system does not mix the wrong data into the same tournament.

The information was received, but the update has not finished yet. Wait a few minutes and reload the page. If the status does not change, staff can review the latest update or ask for support.

This means Companion has sent data, but the system has not completed processing it yet. Until the import is processed, some tournament pages may still not reflect the latest received update.

If every game of the current week is complete before the deadline and the results reach the system, the next week can open early. In that case the automatic post, the new week calendar, and the match agreement cards start earlier as well. The end date of the advanced week does not change.

The cards appear when the game week is open in the tournament calendar. If the new week starts early, the cards can appear early too. If the week is not open yet or the game data is not updated yet, the card may not be visible immediately.

The card returns to both players at the top of Invitations and Requests. Either can propose an STW (Sim to Win: simulated win) for themselves or the opponent, or Simulate without awarding a win. The other player must accept; you can decline and make a new proposal.

The default is 24 hours, but staff can change it per tournament in the Manager. The card shows the deadline; afterwards you can report a missing reply. This applies to American Football, Soccer and Basket, not Racing.

No. After both players agree, staff automatically receives a report in the home player's name identifying both players. In American Football the result comes from Companion; Soccer and Basket use the tournament's usual result process.

The tournament manager shows update status and the available actions for recovering missing schedules or data. Use these tools only when the page reports a problem. Send one Companion update at a time and wait for confirmation before sending the next one. This helps schedules, rosters, and statistics arrive in a clear and complete way. If you just updated the tournament, wait a moment and then open the page again.

Yes. When the tournament has saved historical data, Madden tabs such as Draft, Stats, Depth Chart, Teams, Players, Standings, and Calendar can use the season filter to show previous years as well.

A Madden tournament can create automatic posts for week openings, calendar updates, players of the week, and the first-round Draft recap. Player-related posts link to the player detail page and, when possible, tag the coaches of the involved teams.

The Draft tab includes a grade column to evaluate each pick and recap cards with the best picks from the latest loaded seasons. Cards split rounds 1-3 and rounds 4-7 and can show team logo plus player image when available.

The Standings tab shows divisions and rankings with the desktop-style table even on mobile, manageable banners, weekly best players, top players by stat category, top offense/defense teams, tournament Power Ranking users, and best coaches for the season.

The CPU or unassigned team remains visible in history, final results, and automatic posts, but it does not receive Ranko Points because there is no avatar or user to credit. The movement is audited as a skipped prize so staff can understand why it was not paid to a human participant.

If the tournament has multiple seasons and prize processing continues, unpaid credit stays in the tournament wallet and can be managed by staff in later seasons. If the tournament ends, or if it is a single-season tournament, the unassignable residual credit is forfeited instead of being automatically moved to another user.

To access the chat, you must complete your Avatar. The Avatar is your public identity used to interact with the community.

It’s an interactive guide that shows you the main features and where to find them.

Start from the Help Tour, then complete your Avatar, profile, and settings. After that you can use Chat, Calendar, Ranko Points, Shop, Games, and search for leagues, federations, tournaments, or divulgation pages. If you need to manage something, switch to Manager view and open the entity tab you need to configure.

New accounts start in Player view. You can enable Manager from the Avatar tab in User Settings or from the selector after confirming the information dialog. Staff and managers receive Manager automatically. Ranko TV, Gazette, Shop and Games are immediately visible in Manager; in Player, Shop and Games appear after 14 days, while a completed purchase unlocks Shop earlier. Tasks appears in Player after an invitation or assignment, and Tools stays hidden when no feature is available.

Dashboard guide paths start from a concrete goal: create a tournament, create a team, publish Ranko TV or podcast content, grow Ranko Points, or open a report toward an entity. Each path shows steps, status, and useful links.

Check in order: active Avatar and completed profile, correct role in the entity, published entity or tournament when public visibility is required, required unlock or plan, correct league/federation wallet when the cost is not personal, accepted membership or invite, available language, and published content. Use Support for platform issues; use Report for a specific entity issue.

Ranko Universe is a platform for competitive communities: it helps users, leagues, federations, and divulgation pages organize tournaments, content, chat, calendar, rankings, articles, and management tools.

The About us page explains the mission, values, and identity of the project. You can find it in the public pages and use it to reach support, rules, roadmap, and tours.

Open Roadmap and Release Notes to see what has been implemented, what is in progress, and which features are planned. It is the right place to understand why an item is new or to follow the evolution of the app.

The NEW badge marks a feature that has just been released or made available to your account. To understand what changed, check Release Notes and Roadmap.

Avatar is your public identity. Entity means leagues, federations, tournaments, teams, or pages. Unlock is a product that enables features or tournaments. Wallet is the balance of a user, league, or federation. Supporter Pack adds credit and benefits. Ranko TV collects external video URLs. La Gazzetta di Ranko publishes articles and tournament stories.

It’s used to collect emails to send official development updates.

The badge stays visible for a limited period or as long as the feature remains active. It usually disappears automatically after the scheduled days from the activation or publication date.

The duration varies depending on the feature: it can be 1, 3, or 7 days (or a defined interval). The counter starts from the configured date.

It appears when a new feature or section is enabled for your account, or when a specific condition is true.

They are public pages for teams, brands, creators, communities, videos or podcasts. Use them to publish content, updates, Ranko TV collections and useful information for followers.

Team, brand, video and podcast pages are available. Each type has different tools, but the goal is always to explain, publish and give visibility to the project.

Because they explain and promote a project: team, brand, creator, video, podcast or community. They are the public space where you publish content, connect Ranko TV and show what your project represents.

No. The Brand page can be created only with an active Business plan.

Yes, each avatar can have only one Team page to avoid duplicates and keep a consistent history.

To create Ranko TV collections you need an active page. From the page manager you can create video or podcast collections and add YouTube or Twitch content.

Page Manager controls Official, Team, Creator, Venue, Brand and related page types. From there you manage identity, logo, cover, description, staff, visibility, Ranko TV, links and public information. If you transfer the page manager, a confirmation appears first: confirming makes you lose main ownership, the slot and management move to the new manager, and the page no longer appears in your Page Manager as before.

Some pages or features require shop unlocks or an active plan. You’ll see it before creation.

Ranko TV shows recent Reels and the 20 most-liked community Reels. Community Reels in their Top 20 and regular Ranko TV videos in their own Top 20 award the configured daily reward to the identified owner. Official staff Reels remain outside rewards.

For each visible day, a video awards 1 RP to its user and 1 RP to its linked league or federation. Historical videos use their linked protagonist. Best 10 rails award no RP.

It awards 3 RP per day to the referenced user and 3 RP to the organizing federation. Every valid recipient receives its own share.

When the URL is no longer visible. Twitch content remains eligible during its visible grace period; once hidden, it no longer earns RP.

It’s the section for multimedia content (videos and podcasts) linked to a Page, with cards and interactions.

From the “Ranko TV” menu or by opening a Page with Ranko TV enabled.

YouTube and Twitch have optimized embeds. Other links are shown as external.

Ranko TV does not physically upload the video file to the platform: it collects and organizes URLs for content you already published on external channels, especially YouTube or Twitch. From Page or tournament management, enter title, URL, platform and description.

Ranko TV works as a collection and player for content: it links videos, live streams, replays, highlights or podcasts already hosted on external platforms. This avoids heavy uploads, keeps the content on your channel and lets Ranko Universe show it in the right context.

Ranko TV can use content linked to disclosure pages and content entered in a tournament. In tournaments, staff must fill the available video or streaming fields in matches or races. When content is valid and public, it can appear in Ranko TV collections and blocks.

In compatible tournaments you find URL fields in the match, race or heat manager. Add YouTube or Twitch links for replays, live streams, highlights or useful content. Participants use their match fields; staff can manage more matches from the tournament manager.

The video needs a valid URL, the right context and a public tournament or page. If the tournament is not public or the link is unavailable, the content may not appear publicly.

The type is used to organize and filter. Videos use video players; podcasts are audio-oriented.

Each item can be visible or hidden. If you set a future date, it will be published automatically.

By default, by publication date. If enabled, you can sort manually.

They are graphic backgrounds to give a consistent style to the collection and individual content.

Twitch requires the correct parent parameter and can remove VODs or clips according to its retention rules. Ranko TV checks the link: if Twitch no longer returns it, the content remains visible for 14 days and is then hidden from public views.

You can use channels, clips and VODs. Ranko TV keeps the link while Twitch confirms it is available; if Twitch removes it, it keeps it for a 14-day grace period. For permanent content, YouTube remains the most stable choice.

Check that the content is public and embeddable. For Twitch you can use the availability check in the manager: if the link no longer exists on Twitch, it stays in a 14-day grace period and then disappears from public rails.

Yes, if they are enabled on the page. It’s useful for collecting feedback.

Yes, visibility depends on the Page settings.

Regulations
Rules, versions, and regulation publishing
14

They are official league or federation documents that define rules, format, scoring, and competition guidelines. You can also find them in the Regulations tab on league and federation profiles.

Open Manage regulations from the menu. If you manage a League or Federation, press New regulation or Create first regulation, fill in title, description, and sections, then save the draft.

First check that the regulation is published. Drafts stay only in the manager and are not visible in the public collection, profiles, or tournaments. If it is published, also check that it is set as default or selected on the tournament.

From the manager open the draft, complete at least one section with content, save it, then use the Publish button. An empty regulation cannot be published; after publication it becomes readable and versioned.

No. Only published regulations are visible to the public; drafts remain in the league or federation manager.

Each edit creates a new version. In the details, you can browse all available versions.

It is the main regulation of the league or federation: it is used as a base when no other specific regulations are available.

Yes, you can copy published regulations from other organizations if you are part of a league or federation staff. The copy becomes an independent editable draft that you can publish and use. You cannot copy regulations from your own organization.

Yes. New copies are independent editable drafts that you can publish and use. Legacy read-only imports remain locked.

Each new regulation starts from the main language of the League or Federation. In the editor you can add more languages among the 10 supported by the app. If you remove an extra language, it is hidden from the active languages but already saved texts are preserved.

In the tournament manager select a published regulation. Drafts do not appear in the select because they are not official yet. If you cannot find the regulation, go back to the regulation manager and publish it first.

Sections make reading clearer: each part is shown in a dedicated tab.

Yes. In the details you’ll find a text search that highlights sections where the searched words appear.

Only league or federation staff. If the regulation is empty, it cannot be published.

Yes. From the Twitch tab you can disconnect the account: the status returns to Unknown and the plan is deactivated.
Reports
Reports to leagues, federations, and official pages
5

Report sends an issue to the staff of a specific league, federation, or official page. It does not replace the Support Center: use support tickets for global bugs, account issues, payments, or platform malfunctions.

Use Report and choose the correct league, federation, or official page. The report goes only to the authorized staff of that entity and stays tracked with status, replies, possible assignment, and attachments. Use Support only for global bugs, account issues, payments, or platform malfunctions.

In general, any authenticated user can report to a league, federation, or official page. The entity owner can enable the Members only toggle: in that case only the owner and members of that entity can report.

Users see their own reports. Staff and owners see only reports addressed to entities they manage; Super Admin can see everything. When staff replies, the user can clearly see which staff member wrote the reply.

Staff can block a user who reports indiscriminately toward a specific entity for a limited period: minimum 24 hours, maximum 1 year. The block is not global: it applies only to new reports toward that entity.
Tools for rosters, stats, trades, drafts and results
Draft Board, Trade Analyzer, and Madden tools
29

Open Tools > Reels, find an available video of an American football, soccer, basketball or racing match, choose the precise start and end, and confirm the rights. You can also start from the button on a compatible live stream.

A valid Reel awards the configured creation reward within the daily limit. Verified views can unlock progressive rewards; a Premium plan applies the configured multiplier within the cap.

Reel Studio lets staff import an authorized file or Twitch VOD, choose the clip and send it to the configured official channels. Staff Reels do not enter user rankings or rewards.

Tools are practical helpers for tournaments and teams. Depending on the sport, they can help with rosters, stats, trades, drafts, team summaries or result prefill. If you do not see a tool, you usually do not have a compatible tournament, an assigned team or the required benefit.

Staff can manage up to 32 teams. Each receives a random, persistent visual identity that cannot be duplicated in the tournament, even if its owner changes. Staff can manage up to 30 teams. Each receives a random, persistent visual identity that cannot be duplicated in the tournament, even if its owner changes.

A Supporter Pack unlocks the shared AI allowance. AI recognizes EA FC, eFootball and other games and always creates a review draft. Upload up to 3 NBA 2K, NBA Live or other game screenshots. AI creates a draft that must be reviewed before saving.

Racing Results AI helps staff read a photo or screenshot of the final standings and prefill a race heat draft. Staff must always check names, positions, times, penalties and points before saving.

Check the context first: you need an Avatar, a compatible tournament and an assigned team when the tool requires it. Some tools also need a tournament benefit, an active plan or imported data.

The Tools area currently includes Madden Draft Board and Madden Trade Analyzer. They appear only for American Football/Madden tournaments where your Avatar has an assigned team, and each tournament keeps its own separate tools.

The Draft Board appears in the user menu under Tools only if you participate in a Madden/American Football tournament and have an assigned team. Each eligible tournament gets its own entry, so your rookie list stays separated by competition.

The first card uses your assigned tournament team: it shows logo, season, list limit, free slots, and roster role counts split between offense and defense. This helps you identify roster needs before and during scouting.

You can search by name, college, archetype, or notes, then filter by position, round, priority, status, favorites, and hidden players. You can also hide columns and sort every column, including each individual skill column.

The A+ to F grade table is visible to everyone as a quick scouting reference. Users with an active plan can use the fuller skill translation, so a letter such as A or B+ becomes a likely range that helps evaluate the prospect.

You can save at least 25 players per list. Image packs gradually increase the space according to the number of images purchased, up to 250 players per tournament. An active plan allows up to 250 players per list. Your remaining image balance can also be used in future tournaments.

Open the Draft Board for a tournament where you have an assigned team. Select 1 to 20 JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 8 MB each, including different players. AI groups the screenshots by player; review the cards and confirm them together. You can complete a card with new photos in later weeks.

A ? means Madden has not revealed that value yet. AI leaves it blank instead of guessing. When later weeks reveal more data, upload the new screenshots, even alongside other players’ photos. Review the suggested name, position and values; choose to update the existing player when they match. New values fill blank fields, while saved values stay unchanged. Each newly analyzed image uses one credit.

The Shop offers 100 images for €5 with 5,000 Ranko Points, or 300 images for €10 with 15,000 Ranko Points. You can buy either pack repeatedly; each purchase adds its images and points.

Yes. Images belong to your account, add up across purchases and remain available in future tournaments. Upload 1 to 20 together, even for different players. Each analyzed image uses one credit; player lists stay separate by tournament.

A technical error returns the credit for that image. Analyzed images count even when a card cannot be completed. You may upload photos of different players together and review the cards before confirming.

The Trade Analyzer appears in the user menu under Tools for Madden/American Football tournaments where you participate with an assigned team. Each tournament has its own tool, so the evaluation uses that competition roster and context.

Build the trade from your team point of view: on the left enter what you receive, on the right what you send. You can select Companion roster players, add picks by season and round, and use manual value for assets not imported yet. The V2 result shows the total and each player breakdown.

If you enable and confirm scheduled seasons, the tool also weighs the seasons still left to play. A pick that can be used in a tournament with more remaining seasons is worth more than a pick in a tournament that is almost finished.

The evaluation considers current player value, potential, contract situation, and the time remaining in the competition. It is an estimate to compare with your team needs.

The updated evaluation gives a clearer view of what you receive and give up. Current value, future outlook, and risk help explain the result; confidence shows how complete the available information is, not whether the trade will be accepted.

The grade evaluates convenience for your team. Delta shows the value difference between what you receive and send; ratio compares both sides. Each player breakdown separates base quality, future, and risk. Confidence is not a player grade: it shows how complete the data used by the calculation is.

Madden Team Overview appears under Tools only for American Football/Madden tournaments where you are an active participant and your Avatar has an assigned team. It is private and tournament-specific: it does not replace public Teams pages.

It summarizes your assigned team with tournament tag, team logo, key ratings, best players by position, roster groups, leaders, and contract deadlines so you can understand strengths and weak spots quickly.

The sports chart uses imported Madden data to show season progress and week-by-week performance when data is available. In multiseason tournaments, it helps compare the team across seasons instead of reading one week in isolation.

The economic area summarizes salary, cap space, bonuses, penalties, contract years, expiring players, and top cap-impact players when those fields are present in Companion or imported roster data.
Power Ranking
Power Ranking, annual rankings, and qualifications
25

It is the public score that measures the overall value of your Avatar across the Ranko ecosystem. It combines competitive results, media content, activity, and annual and sport-specific rankings.

Each league keeps current, annual, and all-time rankings for current members only. The calculation starts from the member join date and from the league ranking_started_at date, so leaguecy history before that does not count.

The federation creates a campaign with a custom period, weights, and factors. American Football counts only seasons with a completed Super Bowl; other sports count completed tournaments. At deadline, the system runs one final refresh and keeps the list as history.

It is the system used by a Federation to create a federal tournament and use Power Ranking to build a candidate list from direct members and members of affiliated leagues.

You must be affiliated with the Federation, directly or through an affiliated league of the same sport. Staff normally invite the Top 100 from the Power Ranking list; if invited, you can submit an entry request that staff must accept.

When a tournament is federal, every Ranko Points prize is split automatically: half goes to the rewarded user wallet and half goes to the wallet of the League that qualified that user through Power Ranking. In American Football, the coach best season decides the qualifying League; if a coach plays in multiple leagues, only the League behind the best qualifying season receives the share. With odd amounts, the extra point stays with the user.

The countdown shows when the qualification window ends. The same deadline is also shown in federation members calendars with a dedicated icon.

When the countdown ends, the list is frozen and kept as history. From that point, staff use that leaderboard as the base for invitations and final decisions.

A Racing tournament can include different classes or categories. The Federation can see the total ranking and category lists while keeping the game filter, such as GT7, ACC, or F1 25.

Yes. Power Ranking creates an ordered list and the Top 100 is the operational reference, but federal tournament staff can invite, remove invites, highlight candidates, and make organizational decisions.

Staff can mark a candidate as excluded from qualification, for example for eligibility or organization reasons. That candidate will not be invited automatically by Federal Selection.

Yes. A Federation has one base sport and can affiliate only compatible leagues. The federal tournament inherits that sport too.

American Football produces Power Ranking only from a season with a completed Super Bowl. Soccer, Basket, and the other sports enter the ranking when the tournament is completed.

Yes. Racing uses the weighted average of tournaments played, with strong impact from participant volume, battery or split level (A, A1, A2, B, B1, and so on), media coverage, and tournament wallet.

Video links increase real tournament prestige. In football, one valid YouTube or Twitch URL gives +35% only to the coach who added it on their own game; extra URLs on the same game do not stack. For Twitch, the URL must still be available when the tournament closes. If the VOD may expire before the end, move the video to YouTube and use the YouTube URL. Use Twitch export to YouTube if it is available in Video Producer, or download your VOD and upload it in YouTube Studio with CREATE > Upload videos. Ranko Points wallet and supporter packs increase tournament value.

The avatar keeps a Historical League PR, used for strength of schedule, and a Federation PR tied to qualification. League PR is not polluted by federal bonuses or sanctions; Federation PR uses the season result inside the selected period with wallet, URL and applicable sanctions.

Each game can have different URLs for the two coaches. The 35% bonus applies only to the coach with a valid YouTube or Twitch URL in their own game field. It does not automatically reward both coaches and the total number of league live videos does not matter.

The first 100 avatars with valid PR in the period are not automatically invited: they receive a card to request availability for an invite. If they send it, federation staff sees them highlighted with a badge; staff can still invite users early or outside Power Ranking.

Warnings and sanctions make staff decisions and automatic rules traceable. A warning notifies the user and can create an automatic post, but it does not remove points. A sanction can have different effects depending on the sport: Power Ranking percentage, points, time, or an informational notice.

PR is reduced when Power Ranking is calculated or recalculated. In generic tournaments the percentage applies to the gross value of the linked day or unit. In American Football the sanction is match-level: the system uses the average PR value per played game, applies the configured percentage, and stores gross, penalty, and net values in the ranking breakdown.

The federation rule is locked in that Federation context and appears to the League as active Federation PR. If a League belongs to multiple Federations, each Federation can express its own value, even 0, and the federation Power Ranking is calculated in the correct context.

Yes. One report sanction can be up to 40%, but repeated valid sanctions are cumulative up to 100%. When the accumulated value reaches 100%, staff should review the case for a possible ban.

In Soccer and Basket, staff can save warnings or sanctions from the match form. They are stored as cumulative disciplinary events. If the event has a standings effect, it subtracts points from the involved team and appears in the tournament Sanctions tab.

In Racing, penalties can be registered on the race entry as warning points, penalty points, or penalty time. The tournament shows the race context and the effect in the Sanctions tab, and the Gazette can use that context in articles.

Users see public warnings and sanctions in the tournament Sanctions tab, while active automatic rules can also appear in the Regulation tab. Before writing tournament articles, La Gazzetta di Ranko receives the same disciplinary context, so important sanctions can be explained in the article.
Leagues
League management, staff, and affiliations
14

A League groups avatars; a Federation groups leagues. Only commissioners can enroll a league into a federation.

Use the Search Leagues page to find public leagues by name, tag, and available filters. From there you can open the right page and, if available, send the participation request.

Leagues can affiliate with a federation to take part in shared competitions and initiatives.

Open the League page and send a participation request. The request is reviewed by the commissioner or the League staff. If approved, you will become a League member.

Federations will be the higher level to organize tournaments among affiliated leagues and enhance competition.

In the League Manager you find the operational tabs to configure the league, manage members and staff, wallet, history, regulations, linked content and features available for your league. If an item is missing, check your role, unlocks and league status.

From League Manager open Members and use the transfer button on an eligible staff member. Before the change, a confirmation modal warns that confirming makes you lose main ownership of the league: the slot and management move to the new Commissioner and the league no longer appears in your League Manager as before.

No. A league is not deleted because it may have history, statistics, wallet, tournaments, posts and public links. If you no longer want to manage it, transfer commissioner to another staff member from League Manager > Members.

Yes, you can be part of multiple leagues at the same time.

It helps the commissioner manage roles, tournaments, content, and moderation.

Each organization enables different rules and tournaments. After official activities start, you won’t be able to change it.

It’s a public collection of past tournaments and results: Racing podiums or American Football season finals, with videos and useful links.

You must be the League Commissioner and have at least 25 active members. Only some organization types enable history.

From the League manager, fill in the history and add video links. The videos become part of Ranko TV.
La Gazzetta di Ranko
Public magazine, tournament supporter packs, and automatic articles
13

It is the automatic public magazine of Ranko Universe: it covers supported tournaments with structured articles, dedicated posts, and editorial signatures from the newsroom.

The Gazette is the written magazine: it publishes automatic articles based on real tournament data. Ranko TV collects videos, podcasts, replays, and YouTube or Twitch links added to pages and tournaments. They are connected, but they are not the same thing: one explains through articles, the other shows media content.

At least 20 EUR in cumulative supporter packs must be purchased for that tournament. The threshold can be reached with one pack or multiple packs; below that amount the Gazette does not start. Additional supporter packs no longer change how many articles are planned.

First check that the tournament reached at least 20 EUR in dedicated supporter packs. Then verify that the expected week, matchday, race day, or phase is complete: if results are missing or the tournament has not reached the editorial trigger yet, the article is not published. Packs above the threshold do not force extra articles.

Articles are published automatically when the tournament reaches its real editorial triggers. The schedule depends on sport, calendar, playoffs and available results. Weekly, matchday and playoff recaps wait until all matches in that window have results.

American Football/Madden publishes a recap for every completed regular-season week from Week 1 to Week 18, plus completed Wild Card, Divisional, Championship and Super Bowl coverage. The existing special articles remain active: preseason, Week 5, rookies Week 8, market, playoff predictions Week 14, stats, Draft and tournament closure. Soccer and Basket publish a recap for every completed matchday, plus their existing phase articles; in the standard short flow this means 3 articles, or 5 with playoffs. Racing keeps one article for every completed race day in the highest-level battery.

Weekly, matchday and playoff recaps wait until all results in that window are present. The Super Bowl remains a separate article and is generated only when the Super Bowl has a result; administrative tournament closure generates a distinct final recap when the tournament status becomes completed.

For Racing, regular articles follow only completed race days in the highest-level battery: every completed race day produces its own article and is not repeated in later articles. The final Racing article also references the wider tournament context, so lower levels can be mentioned without changing the main focus.

In the Racing manager, under the battery video URLs, staff upload the final standings image. The system reads it and only pre-fills the form draft. Required check: AI never saves results by itself. After reading the image, verify names, positions, times, penalties, and points before the official save.

Sources include results, standings, schedules, and official information recorded on Ranko Universe. The system checks structure, publication status, and consistency; content may receive editorial verification when appropriate. Errors can be reported through Ranko Universe support channels.

When an article is due, it is published in the public Gazette and also creates an automatic post. The post appears on the home feed, the posts page, the tournament and organizing league or federation profiles, and the profiles of users mentioned in the article.

Every article is always available in English. If the primary language of the organizing league or federation is different from English, it is also published in that language.

Articles are generated automatically following one of the editorial signatures of the Gazette newsroom. Each signature has a public profile with biography and article counters by sport.
Internal games, Ranko Points and league or federation contribution
Ranko Games
9

Games are internal mini games that give the community daily activity. You play, try to score and can earn Ranko Points, daily bonuses and leaderboard positions.

Clicker is a speed game: click and collect points within the available time. It is simple, fast and useful for bonuses and rankings.

In Snake you collect points while avoiding obstacles and collisions. The longer you survive, the higher the score.

Slot Machine is the quickest game: start a spin, check the result and try to get useful combinations for your score.

Block Down is the block game: complete rows, manage space and keep the board clean as long as possible.

Break Brick asks you to hit blocks with the ball and avoid losing it. It is about precision and control.

Eating Rush is a maze game: collect points, avoid danger and finish the run with the best result possible.

Yes. Games can give Ranko Points to your Avatar and also contribute to leagues and federations where you are a member. Your personal activity can help your organizations too.

Leaderboards use game results and can be daily, weekly, monthly or yearly depending on the game. The best tiers can receive Ranko Points.
Posts & publications
Post creation, polls, mentions, and muting
6

You can publish posts on pages you manage or are part of (Avatar, Leagues, Federations, Pages, Tournaments) and in the main feed. Available options depend on staff roles.

Generic posts, status updates, announcements, and polls are available. Some automatic posts are created by the system (e.g., tournament events).

Yes. When you mention an Avatar, they receive a notification in the top bar and can open the post directly.

Share now creates a new publication that references the original post. The post link copies a direct URL to the post.

Polls can allow a single vote, vote changes, or block vote changes. Options and rules are defined at creation time.

Yes. By muting an author (Avatar, League, Federation, or Page), you won’t see their posts anymore and you won’t receive notifications related to their content. The muted list is in Settings.
Teams
Create and manage Team pages: profile, members, and visibility
6

A Team is a squad page created from the Teams section with its own Team Unlock. It has a profile, members, content, and a required sport.

In the side menu you’ll find “Teams”. From there you can purchase Team Unlock, create a Team, and manage it from “Manage team”. Team creation no longer uses the Page type select.

It opens the Pages search already filtered to Teams. You can search by name/tag and find public squads to follow.

The sport type helps organize squads and manage specific constraints or views. Each Avatar can belong to or manage only one Team for the same sport.

Yes: to create new Teams you need Team Unlock, separate from Page Unlock. Once created, you can manage profile and members like other entities.

Each account can claim one free upload for either a logo or cover. The €5 Team Media Pack adds 10 logo uploads, 10 cover uploads and 5,000 RP and can be purchased repeatedly. Credits work across managed Teams; each approved asset belongs to its selected page and follows it on transfer. AI checks every file and opens a ticket when staff review is needed. Rejected attempts are consumed, while technical errors return the credit.
App installation
Installation, fast access, notifications, and removal on different devices.
5

It depends on the device. iPhone and iPad: use Safari and do Share > Add to Home Screen. Android: use the Install app prompt or the browser menu. Desktop: use the prompt or the Install icon in the address bar.

Yes. The direct shortcut can be used on Android, iPhone, iPad, and compatible desktops. Only the installation flow changes.

Yes. Installing Ranko Universe is free and you keep using the same account you already use in the browser.

Yes, but behavior changes by device. On iPhone and iPad you need to install Ranko Universe from Safari Home Screen, allow notifications, and also verify in iOS settings that they are enabled for the web app and not hidden by Focus or Scheduled Summary. On Android it is enough to install the PWA, allow notifications, verify browser and phone settings, and make sure battery saving is not blocking the browser.

On mobile, remove the icon from the Home Screen like a normal web app. On desktop, remove it from the browser or from the system app settings.
Support
Global support tickets, screenshots, and staff contact
5

Open a ticket when you have a bug, an error, a malfunction, an account issue, or a suggestion that Rankino and the FAQs cannot solve clearly.

Sign in with your account, open Support from the general sidebar under About us, and fill in title, category, priority, page URL, and a clear description of the problem.

Yes. You can attach 1 JPG, PNG, or WebP image, max 4 MB. The screenshot helps staff understand what you see and reproduce the problem.

In the Support Center you can see your reports, ticket status, staff replies, and the message history linked to the request.

Use Rankino to navigate FAQs, tours, and app paths. Open a ticket when staff action is needed, especially for bugs, technical errors, or account-specific cases.
Platform differences

What changes between iOS, Android, and desktop

The direct shortcut exists on every platform, but the way it is installed and opened changes depending on the device.

iPhone and iPad with Safari

On iPhone and iPad the full install flow goes through Safari. There is no automatic popup like on desktop: use Share and then Add to Home Screen.

iPhone and iPad with other browsers

On iOS and iPadOS you can browse with Chrome or other browsers, but to install the app correctly it is better to open the site in Safari and finish the flow there.

Android

On Android you will often see the Install app prompt. If it does not appear, open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

Desktop

On desktop, compatible browsers can show the install prompt or the Install icon in the address bar and open the app in a separate window.
