Store and unlocks
The Shop combines Ranko Universe products with physical or digital products from verified brands.
What you will find in the store
Product catalog
Check brand, type, price, requirements and purchase channel: some products use the Ranko wallet, while others use external checkout.
Unlocks and access
Some features require purchasable unlocks, such as creating Leagues, tournaments, or Official Pages.
Points and payments
Products can require Ranko Points or EUR, with transactions tracked in your wallet.
History and orders
From your profile you can review orders, payments, and purchased content.
Safe purchases, delivery and refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately; physical products require an address and remain unfulfilled until shipped.
The server rechecks prices, availability, wallets, beneficiary and payer and prevents duplicate orders.
Admins can automatically refund only unshipped physical orders, restoring wallets and stock.
Return recorded: wait for the goods to arrive. Goods received: refund and stock updated.
