Report and Reports
How reports to leagues, federations, and official pages work, separately from global support tickets.
Targeted reports to the right staff
Report is used to send an issue to the staff of a specific league, federation, or official page. Global bugs and account issues still belong in the Support Center.
- Choose the correct target: league, federation, or official page.
- Only the owner, authorized staff, and Super Admin can see the report.
- The owner can restrict reports to members only and block abusive reporters.
User
Sends the report, tracks the status, and clearly sees which staff member replied.
Staff and owners
Manage the queue, assign reports, reply, close cases, and protect the entity from abuse.
How the flow works
Choose the entity
The report goes to one specific league, federation, or official page, not to global staff.
Describe the case
Add title, category, priority, page URL, and a clear description of the issue.
Receive a reply
Staff replies in the thread and the responding staff member stays visible to the user.
Staff protection
Users who report indiscriminately can be blocked toward that entity from 24 hours up to 1 year.
Does STW or Simulate enter a result immediately?
The default is 24 hours, but staff can change it per tournament in the Manager. The card shows the deadline; afterwards you can report a missing reply. This applies to American Football, Soccer and Basket, not Racing.
No. After both players agree, staff automatically receives a report in the home player's name identifying both players. In American Football the result comes from Companion; Soccer and Basket use the tournament's usual result process.

Do sanctions change all my PR scores?
It depends on the context. Federal sanctions affect qualification in that federation without automatically becoming personal PR penalties. Sporting penalties can change competition results. A warning alone deducts no points. PR details distinguish the initial value, penalties and final value.
