IML Rules — Technical Team Management
Italian Madden League
Each coach is responsible for the proper technical management of their team. Exceptions and violations must be handled through Report on Ranko Universe.
Side changes
The following changes are allowed throughout the season: LT ↔ RT, LG ↔ RG, LE ↔ RE and FS ↔ SS.
Offensive Line
Allowed conversions are C → LG/RG, LG/RG → C and LT/RT → LG/RG/C. Any other Offensive Line conversion requires prior approval through Report.
Linebackers
Allowed conversions are SAM → WILL/MIKE and WILL → MIKE/SAM. This includes the equivalent LOLB, MLB and ROLB names used by Madden. Any unlisted conversion requires prior approval.
Depth Chart
Using a CB at SS or FS, or an SS or FS at SUBLB, is prohibited even when Madden technically permits it. Coaches must verify their depth chart before each game.
Coordinators
Coordinators may be replaced whenever the game allows it. Hiring real coaches from the Madden database as coordinators is prohibited.
Abilities, X-Factor and Development Traits
Staff does not manually edit abilities, Superstar Abilities, X-Factors or Development Traits. Automatic end-of-season regressions are final. A correction may be considered only for a documented technical error submitted through Report.
Reports and penalties
Unauthorized position changes, depth charts or edits may be reported with screenshots or video. Staff may order restoration, correct the depth chart, temporarily prohibit player use, issue a warning, reduce Power Ranking or impose other measures.
