United Autosports won the LMP2 race at Portimão on 10 October 2026, securing the European Le Mans Series title in the class. Starting from pole, Peebles led for the team, and Hanley took the chequered flag 12 seconds ahead of the No. 18 IDEC Sport and No. 43 Inter Europol Competition Orecas. The final round also settled the LMP2 Pro/Am, LMP3 and LMGT3 titles. The European Le Mans Series reported that penalties and race incidents affected the outcomes in Pro/Am and LMGT3. The championship-leading No. 62 Team Qatar by Iron Lynx Mercedes-AMG had started from pole, but a mid-race penalty for speeding in the pit lane ended its challenge for the race win and title.
