Auburn Tigers at No. 23 Georgia Bulldogs | Game Highlights | 2026 SEC Men's Basketball

Watch the Game Highlights from Georgia Bulldogs vs. Auburn Tigers, 01/03/2026 No. 23 Georgia survived a frantic finish and an overtime thriller, defeating Auburn 104–100 on Saturday in the SEC opener for both teams as the Bulldogs continued their nation-leading offensive pace. Georgia looked the part early, leaning on Jeremiah Wilkinson and Marcus “Smurf” Millender to keep the scoreboard moving in a back-and-forth battle. Wilkinson poured in a game-high 31 points, while Millender added 24 as the Bulldogs pushed toward triple digits yet again. Auburn countered with balance and toughness, led by Tahaad Pettiford’s 25 points and strong nights from Keyshawn Hall (20) and Kevin Overton (19). The game turned chaotic in the final seconds of regulation. Auburn trailed late before Hall stepped to the line with 0.7 seconds remaining. After making two free throws and missing the third, Overton crashed the glass and buried a buzzer-beating jumper to tie the game at 92 and force overtime. In the extra period, Georgia’s firepower and rim protection made the difference. Wilkinson knocked down two crucial three-pointers, and the Bulldogs’ defense came up with timely stops, highlighted by a season-long strength at the rim. Georgia finished with eight blocks, five from Somto Cyril, who also scored 15 points and briefly exited in the second half after appearing to injure his right leg before returning. Auburn kept pressure on until the final moments, but Georgia executed down the stretch to open conference play at 1–0. The Bulldogs improved to 13–1, reinforcing why they entered the day leading the nation in scoring and blocked shots. Auburn, tested again after a brutal non-conference slate filled with top-10 opponents, showed resilience but dropped to 0-1 in SEC play after a hard-fought road loss. 🚨 Subscribe → https://www.youtube.com/@SEC 🎥 Watch more SEC Men's Basketball Highlights → https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLwtCoGcMK22oCcVxYNQKpNSJlxVR3laYE&si=5U2JKg4YAkt_GvnR 💻 More SEC Basketball Content → https://www.secsports.com 🌐 SEC Social https://www.instagram.com/sec http://twitter.com/sec https://www.tiktok.com/@sec http://facebook.com/secsports #SEC #SECMBB #Georgia #Bulldogs #Auburn #Tigers #JeremiahWilkinson #KeyshawnHall #KevinOverton #MarcusMillender #TahaadPettiford #StevenPearl #SoutheasternConference #CollegeBasketball #Highlights #SECNetwork #ESPN
