Ole Miss Rebels at Oklahoma Sooners | Game Highlights | 2026 SEC Men's Basketball

Watch the Game Highlights from Ole Miss Rebels at Oklahoma Sooners, 01/03/2026 Oklahoma opened SEC play with a strong all-around performance Saturday, rolling past Ole Miss 86–70 behind an efficient night from Xzayvier Brown and steady control on both ends of the floor. Brown led all scorers with 23 points, shooting 8-of-11 from the field and 4-of-5 from three, as the Sooners improved to 11–3 and continued a hot stretch that has seen them win five straight and nine of their last 10 games. Tae Davis and Nijel Pack each added 15 points, while Koul Atak chipped in 14 to give Oklahoma balanced scoring throughout the lineup. The game’s tone was set in the first half when Oklahoma’s defense locked in. Ole Miss went more than seven and a half minutes without a basket, missing 12 straight shots. The drought fueled a 12–2 Oklahoma run and pushed the Sooners in front 35–26. The Rebels regrouped late in the half, closing the gap to 43–41 at the break. Any momentum Ole Miss built before halftime faded quickly in the second half. Oklahoma shot 52% for the game and steadily stretched the lead, pairing shot-making with work on the glass. Mohamed Wague controlled the boards early, grabbing 11 of his 15 rebounds in the first half to go with 10 points. Ole Miss, now 8–6, struggled to find consistent offense, finishing at 38% shooting. Patton Pinkins carried the Rebels with a career-high 25 points, and Malik Dia added 17, but it wasn’t enough to keep pace. Oklahoma’s efficiency and depth proved decisive, allowing the Sooners to pull away and open conference play with a convincing win. 🚨 Subscribe → https://www.youtube.com/@SEC 🎥 Watch more SEC Men's Basketball Highlights → https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLwtCoGcMK22oCcVxYNQKpNSJlxVR3laYE&si=5U2JKg4YAkt_GvnR 💻 More SEC Basketball Content → https://www.secsports.com 🌐 SEC Social https://www.instagram.com/sec http://twitter.com/sec https://www.tiktok.com/@sec http://facebook.com/secsports #SEC #SECMBB #Oklahoma #Sooners #OleMiss #Rebels #XzayvierBrown #TaeDavis #NijelPack #KoulAtak #MohamedWague #PattonPinkins #MalikDia #SoutheasternConference #CollegeBasketball #Highlights #SECNetwork #ESPN
