Supporter Pack Conditions

Supporter Packs are digital support purchases providing only the benefits described on the product page; they are not investments, deposits or promises of return. Price, currency, content, beneficiary and conditions are shown before confirmation. Payment uses the wallet and PayPal flows.

Performance and withdrawal

Where a digital benefit is supplied immediately, users expressly request performance and acknowledge any loss of withdrawal rights where permitted by law. Physical goods and non-excluded cases retain applicable withdrawal, warranty and refund rights.

Invoices and support

An invoice may be requested when enabled after accurate fiscal data is provided. Errors, non-delivery and refunds should be reported to support with the order reference.

Seller legal details

For third-party brand products, payment, sales support and tax documents remain the seller’s responsibility on its own channel. Products become purchasable after verification.
