User data deletion instructions

You may ask Ranko Universe to delete personal data associated with your account and connected Meta services.

How to request deletion

Send a request from the email address associated with your Ranko Universe account.
Write “Data deletion request” and include your Ranko username; never send your password or access tokens.
We will verify the request and confirm its completion or any lawful retention that applies.

Deletion and retention

Account and optional social-connection data will be deleted or anonymized where applicable. Security, contractual, payment and fiscal records may be retained only for the periods required by law.
