EA recommends keeping a screenshot or note of your mobile game ID. In many EA mobile games it can be found in Settings or under Help/About, while NBA LIVE Mobile also offers an in-game support path.
How it works
From the NBA LIVE Mobile Home screen, open the settings menu, choose Help and then Support. You can browse help articles or use the in-game chat option when available.
