When an Auction House item sells, MUT applies a transaction fee to the sale. Use the current in-game/EA support value when calculating profit because economy rules can change.
Calculate net proceeds
Net proceeds equal the sale price minus the Auction House fee. Before listing, compare the expected net amount with what you paid or the value you could get by using the item elsewhere.
Is the fee refundable?
The fee is tied to a completed sale; unsold listings do not generate the same completed-sale deduction. Once a sale completes, treat the fee as part of the transaction cost.
