The ability to request a trade is not necessarily available from the first day of the career. Progress until the relevant career option or decision becomes available through the Superstar flow.

Consider role, team fit, depth chart, scheme, career goals, and the opportunities you currently receive. A different team does not automatically guarantee more snaps or better progression.

When Demand Trade is available, open the relevant Superstar career/decision area, select the trade request option, and follow the prompts. Review any warning or consequence before confirming because the career state will change.

Recheck the new team’s depth chart, scheme, objectives, and your role. Your build remains important, but the new context may require different decisions or expectations.
