Madden NFL 27: Missing Coins, Points, Packs, or Rewards

Initial checks

Confirm you are signed into the correct EA Account and platform account, restart the game, and verify the relevant mode. Some rewards arrive in a specific mode, pack inventory, objective screen, or message rather than appearing automatically on the first menu.

Coins and Points

Check your transaction or purchase history where applicable and allow for normal delivery time. If paid Points are missing, verify the platform purchase completed on the same account used in Madden.

Packs and player items

Look in unopened packs, item binders, lineup/reserve areas, and any program-specific reward screen. Filters can make an item appear missing when it is simply not shown in the current view.

EA Play and MVP+ rewards

Membership and edition rewards can have specific eligibility windows, claim locations, and delivery schedules. Compare your entitlement with the current EA support article before opening a support case.

Twitch Drops

Make sure the correct EA and Twitch accounts are linked, the campaign was active, the viewing requirement was completed, and the reward was claimed where required. Drops can take time to propagate after claiming.
