Dream Team uses different card types to represent player contexts and progression rules. Epic, Legendary, Trending, Highlight, Featured and Standard cards do not all develop in the same way.
How it works
Trending cards represent specific performances and normally cannot be developed, while many other types can use progression systems.

Check card type before spending training items. Two cards of the same footballer may have different development options.
