Overview
Missing content is often caused by delayed delivery, unassigned items, Transfer Targets, accidental quick sells or items already submitted into an SBC. EA recommends checking these areas before contacting support.
How it works
Restart Ultimate Team and the platform, inspect the Club, Store, Transfer Targets and completed transactions, and use Quick Sell Recovery when eligible. Items used in an SBC cannot be restored.
